I contacted CS they will reply in 24 hrs.Fiverr send message on email:We reviewed your Gigs and determined that the services you’re offering harm the integrity of our marketplace and violate our Terms of Service and our policies. As a result, your Fiverr account was disabled.Due to your account being disabled, you cannot log in or withdraw any funds you may have.If you have any funds available for withdrawal 90 days from now, you will get an email with instructions explaining how to withdraw.Will I get my account back?Why this happened I don’t know. They didn’t say exactly what was violated, just a generic " services you’re offering harm the integrity of our marketplace and violate our [Terms of Service] and our policies." They didn’t say what point of the TOS was violated, they don’t say what service or part of it is harming the integrity of the marketplace, etc.From his reply, it sounds like his gig could be used to do homework, and that’s the problem. They could be way more explicit on what the problem is, I have no idea why they don’t do it. A simple “services that can be used to do school work are against our terms of service” would decrease these posts substantially if they were more transparent and said exactly what was broken. Any gig that doesn’t provide a concrete deliverable is highly exploitable. I would like to offer consultancy services, for example, but given the way the platform is structured it simply doesn’t work. Teaching falls under that category. Fiverr customer help centre is polite enough to understand the situation and respond accordingly. You may wanna try sending them an email where you explain your reasons specifically.
