Fiverr sends me to chat when I try to deliver

Hi guys,

I am experiencing some issues. I had a rush order yesterday, I did the work and by night I was trying to contact the seller, send him a message and deliver the work but when I do such actions Fiverr either redirects me to the same page or it redirects to the inbox.

I’ve checked past posts to see if there’s a solution, but I’ve tried with several browsers and the problem persists.

I’ve also contacted CS but still waiting for a response.

Any thoughts?
