Yes, they are averaging about 20 a day that I can reply to. I have developed a sophisticated system so I can reply with a quality reply quite quickly. I do not understand why Fiverr has this limitation. It is almost a restraint on business. For those people who do mass standard replies, they could be managed by banning surely.
