Buyer rating/ comments?

Ok so sellers get a rating and the feedback is visible for all to see. Is it the same for buyers? I have looked and haven’t been able to find anything. It would be great to know if someone has a history of leaving negative feedback because that is who they are. It could make the whole feedback thing much more fair.

Thanks for the info. It seems just a little unfair when you think of all the loonies out there! I’m not saying people don’t give the feedback they give for good reason but some people are obnoxious!
