How to request for payment?

Hello everyone, I need help regarding payment from Fiverr affiliate. I’m new on Fiverr affiliate so I would highly appreciate it if you guys help me out.

I’ve made over $100 through Fiverr affiliate in the last couple of months and It’s on my balance. I’ve also set up my Payoneer account. But I can’t find a way to request for payment. In this case, what should I do?
