Buyer doesn't respond after delivery

Today I got my first order, which I, of course, have completed before making this post.
However, after delivery, the buyer doesn’t respond. It says the buyer already read it, but he never confirmed/responded.

What should I do? This indeed is my first order but I never really got a response…
(Yes, once again, the buyer has read it and has seen the work)
