How can a newbie provide samples?

Hey everyone! I am a newbie on Fiverr but am really competent when it comes to creative writing, critical thinking and research. I was just going through a lot of gigs and noticed that almost everyone was ready to provide samples. Well, honestly, I do not have any proof of my writing except for one multinational company I worked for as a content writer and composed their yearbook plus a few random product descriptions, articles for friends, about us for many. Now I’m really put off. What if I eventually succeed in getting the first interested buyer but turn him off by not being able to provide any samples!!..HELP!!!

If you don’t have client samples, then write your own. Write a few things that show your skills, and use them as the examples potential buyers see.
