Customer Support no reply?

I need to cancel an order from a buyer because I am not willing to work with him and deliver his request for modification and he doesn’t accept my cancellation request as well. His main target is to leave a bad review when in fact his question was a lie and lot of manipulation

I have asked CS to cancel the order. However there seems to be no response for 3 days.
