Hi there,facing problem with impression view

After publishing my gig i have promoted my gig at twitter marketing and many people viewed my gig.But still the impressions and clicks is 0.I cant see the impression and click view bar on my fiverr app,When i went to help desk for some help they showed that there is displaying problem of my gig impressions and clicks.
