Fiverr account verification confusion

Can I use UK/USA Fiverr account by using another country’s information, I mean the account is created in the UK, so now, can I verify it by using the identity of a Germany citizen?

It doesn’t matter where you created the account, Fiverr is asking for identity verification, so just send the mentioned id card and that’s it. And you can only have 1 single Fiverr account, no more than one.
