Ok, let’s break this down:

1 - Never call anyone “sir” or “ma’am”. Unprofessional.

2 - “at a minimal price”. Bad. You are devaluing yourself. Also, “minimal price” just sounds weird.

3 - Perfection in 24 hours for logo design? No, not really.

4 - Unlimited revisions are a terrible idea.

5 - A bunch of grammar mistakes and weird phrasing throughout.

All in all it looks like the standard response to buyer requests. Low quality, and won’t stand out.

Better version:

"Hey,

I just saw your buyer request for a logo, and I think I could be a great fit for what you’re looking for. Here’s my portfolio (insert examples of your work) so you can get an idea of my style.

I will need *extra information x y and z" so I can get a better feel for what you’re looking for and ensure a great result. Ou prices range from x to y depending on project specifics, so just get in touch and we can take it from there - communication is vital to understand your expectations and guarantee I can deliver a logo that will work well for you.

Looking forward to hear from you!

You can use hello if you prefer. I like hey myself, there’s no need to be too formal while still remaining professional. It will all depend on your communication style. For me it’s vital not to put the buyer in a pedestal - we are equals, I don’t owe them anything. Business should be mutually beneficial. Excessive formality is not particularly effective, and “hey” just seems a bit more friendly imo.

@visualstudios I mean, saying Hello sir I’d say it’s a bit stereotypical, but at the same time way better than getting asked in private messages to do a gig and starting “Hello good bro sir man Marin”, actually anything is better than that in my opinion.

Especially because i try to be really formal when talking to customers.

Yes, of course. But “sir” is a huge no-no for me. First, you aren’t always able to tell if the client is even a man. Second of all, “sir” is a subservient expression. The buyer is a “sir”, and I’m not (since no buyers ever call sellers “sir”). You are putting the buyer on a superior level to yours when you address him like that. You are not his employee, nor his underling. You are a businessman working on an equal level.

I am okay with being called Sir, but such a butcher for trying to be formal is unacceptable and really rude towards some people 😃

On top of that, “sir” is overused by a certain type of seller that you really want to distance yourself from. For an experienced buyer looking to spend real money (not $5 peanuts), being called sir will immediately raise red flags - high end sellers won’t call your sir. It’s a cultural thing.

Unless you are dealing with a Knight of the Empire, then “Sir” is the appropriate form to address them. Either that or Lord lol.
