Does NOT accept the card payment

I wanted to buy my first gig today but the card payment didn’t go through.
After having spent hours to research this issue I know I’m not the only one having this obstacle. The problem has lasted for years now. No one has been helped, as per the forum.
So, I’m just renewing the topic to draw Fiverr’s attention to solving this issue.
