I want to say that I was scammed by … . A few days ago I bought this service(2 “unique” articles): 'fragglesrock and 5 days ago I thought to see if articles are unique and they were not unique. I sent a message to fragglesrock and she said that would be happy to rewrite my articles. Now she don’t give me any respond.



P.S - if you want proofs please contact me on fiverr.

She’s a level 2 seller with almost all 5 stars reviews, I don’t think that she scammed 52 person and they were happy about it.

Maybe she was just late to respond to your message, give it some time.

Else, try to contact the customer support to review your case. If she copied the article, if she copied the article from somewhere else, you will be refunded, and she may in a legal trouble for copywright theft if the article that she sold it to you already have one.

Yes it is wrong. The forum is a community and not the place for airing grievances or pointing fingers at one another. If someone has an issue with a Seller or Buyer, they should communicate with them and/or with the help of Fiverr Support.

There should be not only the “stars” for the attaboys/attagirls but there should be another column that counts the thumb downs. I personally would not want to hire and pay someone that did not do what I selected their services for. Since the person that had the complaint had nowhere else to go to air her dissatisfaction, she used the forum. We “all want to know” the pros and the cons of that service, fiverr webmaster really needs to include it that’s why Angieslist is so popular!!

I think that Fiverr’s rating system is fine. Be sure to look through all of the reviews. Although there will be some people who are not happy with a seller, a thorough look through a seller’s feedback can reveal if they are consistently good or vice versa.



Of course, if you were to leave such a scathing review as you posted here, I’m sure buyers would ‘get the point’.



It is very important take the extra few moments to go through all the feedback. I’m sure you are not the first.
