Can't get my second sale, need help!

Hey there, So I started my Gig on April 12 and I made my first order within the first week.

Since then, I haven’t been receiving any messages or orders. I really think that my gig is highly professional and that I have done everything in my power.

I notice that if I promote my gig on social media I am getting views and clicks. But if I stop for a day I have only a few views from the fiver page itself.

How to get my second order? What should I do? I would really really want to hear your honest opinion and some tips.

You are pretty lucky that you’ve got your first order within a week, since you are a new seller on this platform. As you are a new seller, I think that you are overpricing your Gigs, especially the basic package. For another few orders, try to have lower price. It will make a difference. Don’t worry, it’s always difficult to start at the start, but having more orders will want customers order more, because they will see, that the seller is trusted with the work and job he does.

This is just a small advice. When you think you are getting enough orders, rise prices a bit. Orders will keep popping in because of the popularity and good reviews you have.

Hey, thank you for your comment I really appreciated it. I want your opinion on should I lower the price at 10$ or at 5$. In my opinion, If I put the price on 10$ okay it sounds reasonable as a new seller but 5$ its way too low for the effort that I am giving.

I would say between those both. If we had an option, I would choose $7. Now, at this moment, it all up to you how you want to manage it. If I were you, I would lower it to $5, but not for too long. After few orders I would rise the price to $10. It’s a fair trade off in my opinion, because customers pay less, but you get your career started. More customers would notice your gig and the reviews count you have.

Hello, I would suggest for you to set prices to something you actually feel like it’s worth it. Else you will probably lose interest on your product because you get 1-2 more sales.

In my personal opinion the price should be something you feel good with, because you will eventually get a buyer with your prices

Hello, I would suggest for you to set prices to something you actually feel like it’s worth it. Else you will probably lose interest on your product because you get 1-2 more sales.
