I live in America, and have tried many times to change it, but the site nor the support menu won’t let me. Try there but create a support ticket there anyway so you can get through to a support person. If it doesn’t let you with those menu options, try different ones.Are you using an ISP in the US? When you check your IP location on other sites that show it, do they say it’s in the US?
