Fiverr support team canceled order

Today a weird thing happened to me is a received an order on my gig an right after i start getting messages from the buyer that I place It mistakenly and than he canceled it through fiverr support team and now my order completion rate is gone to low, Why order comlition rate of mine is gone to low as he placed order mistakenly and also my profile which was ranked on first page on a certain keyword is now no where,What should I do Now,It was just my 4th order
Please suggest.
