Hey you guys, I’ve been on Fiverr since February and have been doing GREAT. This week though, I had 3 mutual cancellations in a row (my first cancellations ever). 1. The buyer placed 2 orders on accident and had to cancel the other. 2. The buyer placed an order for extra work that they weren’t able to pay for. 3. Breakdown in communication with a SUPER rude buyer.

I know how my account flows, & things have slowed since that last cancellation happened. Has this happened with anyone else? If so how long before your sales went back to normal if ever? Trying not to freak out, but please help 😭 lol

Sorry to hear that from You!

Yes Cancellation do have negative effect on seller GIG, But in your case you can get in touch with customer support and get the effect of

The buyer placed 2 orders on accident and had to cancel the other

as it was a duplicate order. ( do make sure there was not Requirements that were filled in it.

What a horrible experience. Sorry to hear about that. I always say this - please approach customer support for help. Whenever I’ve had to go to CS they’ve been really good and have sorted the problem. So long as there is a clear trail that demonstrates the buyer ordered two gigs by mistake, etc - then CS should help you.

Thank you so much for your response! There were definitely requirements filled out. Unfortunately :woman_facepalming:t5:

if the requirements were same you will still have a chance of getting it’s effect removed.

Do make sure CS agents are very busy and takes some time to response so try to included as much info as possible including screen shots so that it can be done in single message.

Okay, I’ll be sure to come with all of my screen shots. Thanks again!
