Not unless the buyer is trying to get you to break the rules or trying to scam you or they don’t care about the rules and just want you to do things their way. And you wouldn’t want to work with anyone like that.

And you aren’t allowed anyway and Fiverr couldn’t protect you if you chatted elsewhere.

Use Fiverr chat. Nothing you can’t do elsewhere that you can’t do in Fiverr chat. Read the ToS, think critically and don’t complicate things.
