Invoice EU country

Hi,
I had my first job on Fiverr. My company is registered in Romania (an EU Country) and I’m forced by the law to send an invoice for every product/services that I sell containing certain fields like company name, address, etc. So in order to get X money from Fiverr, I need to send an Invoice for that first. I see Fiverr is not generating invoices for sellers. So, this means I need to generate and send the invoice myself. Where should I send this? How should I proceed with this?

And please, if you are not from the EU, don’t say “you don’t need to do that”, because the law here is different, I do have to do that.
