Question about the Buyer Requests section

I recently registered on this platform and went to Buyer Requests in order to search for an order.
I found a request suitable for me and sent an offer.
So, if the buyer responds to my offer positively, will I immediately need to go to work or can I discuss some details?
And also, if the buyer answers negatively, will I receive a notification?
And finally, if it doesn’t react in any way and my proposal remains unread or read, but without an answer, then will it affect my rating.
Is there any way to change or edit my sent offer to the buyer.
