I have fallen an unexpected problem. My buyer is offline after purchase order and he did not supply me enough information to complete this order. just before finish the order time, I send a time to extend request and the same problem here he was offline. Now I’m thinking to cancel the order. Is my decision is right or wrong?

I would reach out to CS and let them know that it is impossible for you to start or complete the order - as the buyer didn’t submit requirements - and ask CS to cancel it for you.
