Sending Messages To Previous Clients

Hey there, can we send our previous clients (many) message at a time about more services we have for them which they probably like?
I mean, can i send bulk inboxes to my previous clients? around 30/40 clients one by one? would there be any problem? or its fine to do it.

Never message anyone in bulk. It’s rude.

Personalized messages only specific to their particular problem.

But don’t do that on Fiverr. You’ll get banned.

i meant personalized messages but all of them, one by one. according to what they had worked with me previously.

Never message your buyers, in any way. You could get into trouble!

It is considered spam, so you’re risking your account getting a warning or, as @humanissocial said, you could even get banned. And it only takes one buyer to report you for that to happen.
