umang_dancers Posted April 23, 2020 Share Posted April 23, 2020 Hello we are Team Umang, we are a Big dance crew from India and started working in Fiverr from 20th February 2020, at first it was really hard to get a single order but later on we made alot of works done. It’s 23rd April 2020 and we have completed 2 months working here. We made a total income of 4,447 USD and we have 2,502 USD available for withdrawal but the thing is we are unable to withdraw funds. We made a fresh new verified PayPal with the same email address of our Fiverr account and after i added the paypal id with my fiverr account and it asked me to confirm the email address of PayPal and when i applied “Confirm & Withdraw” it said “Withdrawal was not completed. Please try again or contact Customer support for more details” I don’t know why this is happening this is my first time using Fiverr and withdrawing funds, i have read TOS and Policy of Fiverr before starting and I Know this is a genuine platform, i have contacted customer support but i didn’t got any response from there side i searched it in Fiverr forum but i didn’t got anyone related to my situation. Well i have attached 2 photos please check it out and tell me what can i do to solve this issue. zubyarchangel Posted April 23, 2020 Share Posted April 23, 2020 Is this is your first withdrawal too like me or you have withdrawn your funds earlier and suddenly having this problem??I have personally never had a problem with withdrawing funds except when I have made a withdrawal within the last 24 hours. (I use the bank transfer option)I would suggest that you check your paypal account transaction history for any incoming payments. Sometimes, it’s just a front-end bug. power_design Posted April 23, 2020 Share Posted April 23, 2020 Okay first withdrawal may be difficult, especially when you withdraw a large amount.My paypal account was restricted at the first time I withdrew fund and I had to verify it with paypal.So…have you verified your paypal account? I mean, verify it with paypal. They may ask for your ID or bank statement or some bills.Also have you tried using payoneer?Anyway it would be helpful if you reach CS for support. newplus_design Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 Finally today i got a message from fiverr team and they apologized for being late to respond and then said that now we will be able to withdraw funds and right after receiving the message i ran into my computer and withdraw the funds and this time it went successful. I didn’t even had to do any confirmation the Money just went directly into the PayPal.No. Confirmation. If you add PayPal and just click confirm withdraw and suddenly money goes to your PayPal.
