Do they really want to help!

Can someone tell me how in the [edited] does one contact fiverr directly? I’m not talking forums,FAQ’s, or fake ass support system entitled “Customer Support”. How do you contact these people that claim where here to help?

Phone number, e=mail address, something.

also in that page you can search your problem if is not there you can directly contact CS

I tried to open a ticket and I had to submit a category but can’t fill in the category.

I have to say, the tiny little green words “still can’t find an answer?” at the bottom is really not easy to spot. Then you go to the next page, it’s still not very easy to spot the “submit a ticket” at the top right corner. Them both should be bold, centre on a pop out button.

OK, I’m convinced that there is really no way of getting any real support from Fiverr. All the issues everyone mentioned above I’ve been there and then some. That select a category crap is a joke. I believe that glitch was placed deliberately by Fiverr. I’m new to this Fiverr chaos and I’m growing quickly annoyed, frustrated and discouraged. Fiverr has a really good set up here. Now if only they really gave a damm to prefect it. Good luck people. Oh, by the way, some of these sellers really need to fine tune their English grammar.

Before you go throwing stones at sellers you may want to check your own English grammar. In your profile description you spelled the words "write" and "writing" wrong.
