Fiverr App Android Notification impact response rate

Did anyone notice Notification issues with fiverr Android application, I always notice no notification was received from Fiver App because of this my response rate getting low day by day.

As per IST Time i get msg after 12AM as it is night time so no availability on Computer but even app was installed on bole if i don’t open app there is no notification.

and next day after 8 or 9 am when start system Response rate is like on fire.
