I can see your gigs aren’t so popular to order when COVID-19 spreads around, people cant get married, flys and posters also don’t order, since all events are locked down. Graphics design also gets affected by that.

Also you got few 1 star ratings, and they are pretty hard for your profile, since they said you hustled them , scamed and didnt provide good quality , plus no answer and much more. That could be a huge reason.
