1 ip address can have multiple accounts

I’m from bangladesh, I use wifi but problem is my IP is share ip…now someone open fiverr account using this IP,
What will be the problem? have chance, my account can be disabled …?

Many accounts under 1 IP will not be a problem. But if one person having more than one account will lead to disable the account.
