ID Verification (iPhone 4S)

I have received the ID verification bar at the top of the page.

Since I don’t like smartphones, I only have an iPhone 4S and access to an Android tablet.

Because you need to use a smartphone to verify your identity, I tried to access the page via the iPhone. Unfortunately, the “login” page doesn’t update after inputting my credentials (“login” button wheel keeps spinning).

After this, I tried to connect a Facebook account. This allowed me to log in, but I now get a blank page where the verification section is meant to be. I would appreciate if anyone has any information on how to resolve this - I have already opened a support request but they only mentioned they are “looking into it”.
