Im in online but It's showing me offline on the right corner bubble

Hello,

It’s showing me offline on the right corner bubble upper of the profile photo. but I always refresh my profile in every 5-10 minutes later. What should I do now? I have already checked my online status but it’s okay. I have removed my cache and history of my browser and already restarted my pc. But, still facing the problem. Can anyone help?

I have just checked and you are showing as online.

This is a recurrent problem which usually works (provided your online status is ok) when you refresh the page but sometimes it doesn’t.
