I have an idea but don’t think is it legal or not…

If one person get extra order and he/she can’t manage it. Can he/she give it to other freelancer???

Of course not. You don’t get to breach buyer confidentiality to fulfill an order. Plus, financially this would make no sense for you to give your work away.

UNLESS you mean suggest they order directly from another buyer instead, but as I said it would make no sense for you to do this. Why promote your competitors?

I recommend trusted other sellers when I can’t do the work myself - php coding, for example, or images.

But send them direct, not delegate.
