Contacting the staff made POSSIBLE

It would be nice if they made getting a hold of the staff a lot easier. Three of my gigs have been flagged for using the same graphic image, yet it isn’t at all. I like things uniform and now it isn’t letting me have my gigs displayed until I change it, it keeps sending me an automated message instead. I’ve looked high and low and it’s impossible to simply get a hold of someone. Surely I can’t be the only one with this problem.

you are not the only person with this problem many can’t find the Customer Support link, ironic considering it is directly above the link to this forum 🙂

I would also like to contact “Customer Support”. I had previously checked out the links for the “Customer Support” but they only list three options which are of no use at all…



I paid ‘fragglesrock’ for a gig where he advertises 2D or 3D logos but then when I ordered he then wanted to charge me $80 for a 3D design. I also explained what i wanted the logo to contain and the 3 draft logo’s i was sent were nothing remotely like what I’d asked for… Now I have no means of registering any form of feedback about my experience of this gig…



Quite bad that you cannot give a true reflection of your experiences…



I’m guessing that the lack of Customer Support and or staff may explain why the copyright info on this site has not been updated since 2012 😉
