Buyer request to send sample copy

Hi friends,
I had a buyer request to send sample copy of work that was to improve picture quality of image which he may enlarge to use as t- shirt design. I sent an offer at almost half of price of his target cost. Later i sent sample copy of his work with custom offer but the client didnt turnedup. Might he have used sample copy of work for his purpose.

Never send samples especially when no order is placed. In the future, wait for the buyer to accept the offer that was sent and for an actual order to be placed.
