How to send invoice to buyer?

I have completed an order. The buyer ask to complete a project in PMB. As I am a newbie here, I was unknown how to get started taking order. I completed the task and sent him through PMB. The buyer liked the work.
Now the problem arose, how to get money from him? I was unaware of the procedure of ‘create an offer’
Need help.

The buyer orders, pays, and then you deliver. That is how Fiverr works.

If you delivered via the messaging system you have worked for free.
