i am new seller and i have completed 5 orders but earn $44.
if i have completed 10 orders and did get $400 .will fiverr will promote me for the next level
if i have complete $400 with 30 orders will they promote me or not?

Bro, that’s not fact how much orders you completed.
if you completed at least 10 orders & earned 400$+. also, maintain Fiverr’s terms & condition like your order completions rate, response rate & on-time delivery rate will be 90+, you should get level 1.,
