Commercial Use question

Hey!

First of all yes this might be answered already somewhere, but I could not find this specific question , so I would like to ask this:

I’m proud owner of my fashion company, I bought few designers here to help me on fiverr , every package included commercial use, but what does it mean, what if this person for example try to steal my idea ( which he designed for me) and use it on their own site, what can I do in that case and am I really secured with commercial use as is my own property.
