m_ibraheem610 Posted April 18, 2020 Share Posted April 18, 2020 so i asked the buyer to take a look at my work but he didn’t reply for more than 12 hours so i decided to deliver the order. that’s where i made a mistake and sent the work again via messages thinking that i delivered it. i realized that when i got the notification for late delivery and then delivered the order properly right after that. the buyer immediately accepted the delivery and left me a 5 star. I’m a new seller and now my delivered on time rate is 88%. i have contacted the customer support. is there any hope??did somebody have a similar experience Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
