I don't get my fiverr apps notification & sound in my phone

I don’t get any notification with sound in my Fiverr apps I am seeing this error since 2 days. I am using “MI” S2. Suddenly, I saw this problem. Last 6 month I don’t face this problem.
I try with my best. But i don’t get any result. Again & again I change my setting option with phone & apps. & I was doing factory restore in my Phone. My phone’s another apps is okay. HOW TO SOLVE IT>I saw this error on my notification bar

Hi sir,
Maybe you might have made silent, the notification. It can be resolved by going to settings>Apps>Select fiverr app>notifications >and allow sound, notification to be displayed on lock screen, as banner.
I hope you will be able to get notification after this.

Fiverr App: all setting is Allowed. Then I can’t find out the solution. Please, help me anyone.

I am also facing  this issue on xiaome redmi 10. Did you guys find any solution.

All notifications sounds on but when message come there was no sound
