Payment issue with my card

I am first time using fiverr today and I have problem, I enter all my card info and click Continue to buy one intro video but then I had message “There is some issue”. But when I go to my bank app there is transaction and I receive message on phone that my card is charged. What can I do now? I send 2 mails to support, but I am now scared to try to buy some other service.
