Is Fiverr Customer Support Available

I have contacted Fiverr’s Support and it’s 24 hours I have received no response. I want to report a gig of a person who copied my gigs description, title, tags, price description and even the gig image. Just added a green tint filter to escape from the detection of fiverr, But he is still on first age even after 24 hours of the report.

If you want to report someone it’s better to do it with a report button on their profile instead of contacting CS as it will go directly to a relevant team.

Fiver response time is usually between 24-48 hours. Be patient.
