Multiple charges on fiver and project unapproved

I called my bank they said you were charged thrice so I thought no worries it will get resolved. Today I found out that the project was unapproved also? If you don’t want my business, refund me and I will be on my way.

Unfortunately there is no fiverr staff on fiverr forum or they appear here very rarely.

Please reach out to support team by opening a ticket from help page and they will for sure resolve it for you.
