Purchase multiple items in one transaction

A Fiverr is not much to ri$k, so why wouldn’t you try a couple of seller’s out at the same time? I suggest being able to add multiple items to a shopping cart before being directed (via Checkout) to PayPal. Currently it looks like it’s one seller, one transaction which is a pretty cumbersome and time consuming approach.

I tried making two purchases, one right after the other, and my credit card was declined. My bank says “this is a security feature” where they auto decline assuming two purchases from the same vendor for the same amount is an error. Another good reason to implement a shopping cart?
