Cant receive messages

Hi there, whenever someone sends me a message it comes up with " user can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate." and I can’t figure out why because it happens almost instantly and i can’t figure out why, Thanks

If a user can no longer be contacted, it’s because they don’t have an active Fiverr account any more.

In your case, the people messaging you were probably scammers/spammers whose accounts have been suspended. I think Fiverr uses bots to catch such people, which is why they’re dealt with quickly.
