Just had horrible client experience

Recommended Posts

Sorry this happened to you … it’s horrible.

If the threat was made by the buyer, rather than you, then contact support with a screenshot of the threat. The buyer may well get a warning for that …

Will it really work? The support team will check the messages anyway. After the report is made. They will pull the records from there.

This is the first that ever happened. I have completed more than 110 orders. This is the first time happening so…

Given that you have remained calm and said or done nothing wrong then CS will look at your screenshot (it always helps to attach a screenshot) and may give a warning to the buyer. They will say they can’t tell you what they’ve done, but will pass it on to their trust and safety team.

Buyers are not allowed to make threats, any more than sellers are.
