Keep track of Clients

Hi, does anyone keep track of their clients they worked with? If so how would you go about keeping in touch with them.

Thanks

Peter

how would you go about keeping in touch with them.

It’s not worth keeping in touch with past clients if they haven’t sent you a message recently, eg. that you haven’t replied to fully. If you send a message to a customer who hasn’t recently sent you a message you risk your message being flagged as spam and receiving a warning from Fiverr.

Ok so it’s better if they safe your gig in their favorites.

Hey @peter_on_5verr

I am glad to read your concerns on this topic. I know that each and every seller experiences this, albeit, at varying capacities.

There is always an urge to want to check on your customers, perhaps to let them know that you are still very much available to be of service to them. There’s no crime in this, but only of you don’t overdo this.

The key to overcoming this urge is to assume that they no longer exist, or maybe even delete them from your message list, but if you must keep them, please remain professional at all times.

Moderation is the key. 👌

All the best?
