uk1000
Hi, does anyone keep track of their clients they worked with? If you send a message to a customer who hasn’t recently sent you a message you risk your message being flagged as spam and receiving a warning from Fiverr.
coerdelion
Yeah - there one or two of my regulars who live in New York. Would really like to send them a note just to check on them … but Fiverr rules.

atobateleolanre
Hey @peter_on_5verrI am glad to read your concerns on this topic. I know that each and every seller experiences this, albeit, at varying capacities. There is always an urge to want to check on your customers, perhaps to let them know that you are still very much available to be of service to them. There’s no crime in this, but only of you don’t overdo this. The key to overcoming this urge is to assume that they no longer exist, or maybe even delete them from your message list, but if you must keep them, please remain professional at all times.Moderation is the key. 👌All the best?@atobateleolanre
