Kindly suggest me which payment method should I use. and what is the minimum balance which I withdraw so that I get all of my money without a bank and other conversion charges.

That is something you’ll likely have to research yourself. Even within you own country, there are likely hundreds of banks. Most are likely to have similar policies and fees, but maybe you can find one that offers discounted fees for large funds transfers.

Otherwise, you just need to accept that fees are a part of doing business online.
