Gig not showing in search result and Customer Service not helping out

I edited my gig image four days ago after which it stopped showing in search result. I contacted the Customer Support but the reply did not get the gig back in the search result even when I searched my gig title and keywords. However all my efforts to get help from the customer support had been abortive as they no longer reply to my tickets? I am somewhat new to fiverr and I don’t know how I can get help on this. Can someone please advise me accordingly?
Additionally, two days ago I tried returning the gig image back to what it was before but after I realized it did not solve the problem I changed it back to the new update. What is the next step to take now.

It is active but it is not showing when you search it and again this is the only reply I ever get from fiverr CS.
