I cant change my fiverr phone number?

So heres the deal,
I got myself a new phone, and i dont have my old sim-card anymore 😕 , i wanted to change the number, but it asks for a verification question, and for some reason, it asks me a question i never gave an naswer to while signing up… Can you guys fix this or help me out another way?
