Will this affect my Stats?

I have a current order that I technically delivered. I delivered on time and everything, but the buyer never responded after it was delivered. Because of this, the order is still technically “open”, although Fiverr claims the order will be finished in 3 days reegardless. Since I did everything I was supposed to, should it affect any of my stats?

No it will not affect, you did your part and now buyer turn if he not resolved then after 3 days it will automatically close.
