Can not change withdraw method at this time

I am having issue with Payoneer since my account is blocked by Payoneer due to some reason and now when I try to add account again it says Can not change withdraw method at this time ,

And even I contacted Fiverr support team they were only able to give me once great suggestion

Clear Cache and try again 😆

So , from you guys anyone if had this issue kindly tell me solution.

And add some of your opinion so Fiverr might realize that Payoneer is not perfect , they should also provide a option like Local E-Wallet for countries where PayPal is not available Still.

I’m having similar issue. Both payoneer cc and fiverr cc are not helping matters
