Buyer is unable to pay, gets error message

I currently have someone who has attempted to buy my gig several times and keeps getting an error. It appears to go through then immediately refunds back to him.

I’ve contacted support and so did he and we are waiting to hear back.

I’ve had this happen a couple of times in the recent past.

I tried sending him a custom order and the same thing happened.

I am a buyer and I have had exactly the same issue for two days now and nothing from CS.
I am trying to get a custom order as well. Very frustrating.
